On 13 September 2026, Gramya Vikash Mancha organised its Annual General Body Meeting (AGM) for the financial year 2025–26.
During the meeting, the General Body considered and approved the Annual Programme Report submitted by the Secretary and the Annual Financial Report submitted by the Treasurer of the organisation. The General Body also discussed and approved the Annual Budget for the financial year 2026–27.
Thereafter, the General Body constituted an 11-member Executive Committee for the next three consecutive years. The following persons were designated as members of the Executive Committee:
1. Sri Prithibhusan Deka – President
2. Sri Pranjal Chakraborty – Vice President
3. Sri Dibakar Deka – Secretary
4. Sri Chandan Chakravorty – Assistant Secretary
5. Sri Hemen Deka – Treasurer
6. Dr. Rajumani Sarma – Executive Member
7. Smt. Phulkan Deka – Executive Member
8. Sri Gopi Nath Das – Executive Member
9. Smt. Anjali Boro – Executive Member
10. Smt. Padma Boro – Executive Member
11. Sri Apurba Chakravorty – Executive Member
The General Body unanimously approved the formation of the above Executive Committee and entrusted it with the responsibility of guiding and managing the affairs of Gramya Vikash Mancha for the next three years.
